Job Description :
We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to drive sales growth and uncover new business opportunities throughout Texas. As a Sales Associate, you will :
- Actively prospect and generate leads to expanding T Rock Construction’s presence in the multifamily and commercial construction markets.
- Travel across Texas to meet with potential clients, build relationships, and close deals.
- Attend industry association events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote T Rock Construction’s services.
- Track sales activities, manage leads, and report progress using our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
