The District Manager is responsible for supporting multi-unit operations, which include (but not limited to) :
- Training, developing and mentoring staff
- Increasing and / or maintaining restaurant management bench strength
- Maintaining a pleasant work and dining environment
- Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
- Maximizing store sales and profit goals
- Maintaining QSC standards
- Ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets
- Demonstrating drive for results

Minimum Qualifications (include, but not limited to) :
Minimum five (5) years of restaurant operations, multi-unit QSR / Fast Casual management experience preferredFlexibility to work 50-55 hours per weekValid DL in good standingDemonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWorking knowledge of profit and loss statementsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer-focusedThe Wenspok Companies is a privately owned franchise of Wendys Restaurants in the USA.
