Comfort and confidence in managing all case types, including pediatric emergencies, are essential, especially as pediatric illnesses are on the rise. Certifications such as PALS and TNCC are required before start. Ideal candidates will have a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting. Local applicants within 50 miles will receive priority consideration, and no holiday time off (RTO) for Christmas will be approved.
