Job Description

As the Project Manager (PM) , you will coordinate and manage the construction process from start to close-out. You will be responsible for planning, execution, delivery, and the overall success of specific projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with the development and asset management teams to assist in design efforts and ensure quality and delivery align with expectations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or similar
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Yardi, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial, Multi-Family, Senior Living, Daycares, Warehouses, oil change shops . Other project experience will also be considered.

What You'll Do :

  • Participate in pre-construction activities such as design meetings, preparing cost estimates, project schedules, and developing contract documents.
  • Manage cost control by overseeing materials, reviewing change orders, and thoroughly reviewing monthly payment requests.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and scheduling by preparing master project schedules, reviewing daily reports, attending weekly meetings, and ensuring timely procurement of materials.
  • Maintain quality control through inspections, review and approval of shop drawings, and engaging design consultants for inspections and punch lists.
  • Handle administrative duties including scheduling and hosting monthly onsite meetings to review project status and creating weekly updates.
