Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Full-Time in Columbia, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic retail environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our core values of teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture. This role offers an engaging opportunity to interact with people and contribute to a secure and positive location experience.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
