We are a Family-owned and operated Diesel Repair shop specializing in light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. Our customers count on us for honest work, clear communication, and quality repairs. We take pride in our exceptional service and treat our team like family, not just employees.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Service Advisor with a background in the Automotive or Diesel industry and passion for helping customers. You’ll be the bridge between our technicians and our valued customers, while writing service estimates, managing repair orders, and keeping our customers informed throughout the process.

What You’ll Do :

  • Greet customers and create service orders with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Communicate repair needs clearly to both customers and technicians.
  • Provide repair estimates, timelines and updates to customers.
  • Schedule jobs efficiently and keep workflow organized.
  • Ensure an excellent customer service experience from drop-off to pick up.
  • Support a team-oriented, positive shop environment.

What We Offer :

  • $55,000-$65,000 a year with opportunities for incentives.
  • Monday-Friday schedule - No nights! No weekends!
  • All Major holidays paid.
  • 1 week PTO after 6 months.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Writer(Auto or Diesel).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable using shop management and estimating software.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
