Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift : Day shift, 8-hour shifts from 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with weekend and holiday assignments as needed, typically every other weekend

Job Description :
- Provide care and support to patients with mental health and behavioral disorders, as well as substance abuse and addictions.
- Work within an acute inpatient hospital setting.
- Care for adolescents aged 13-17, adults aged 18+, and seniors aged 65+.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care strategies.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
