Enterprise Masonry Corporation is seeking an experienced and knowledgable Bricklayer Foreman to run / manage commercial masonry projects in the Baltimore and surrounding area.

Supervision and Coordination :

  • Overseeing and directing the daily activities of bricklaying team
  • Ensuring work aligns with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating with other construction professionals (project managers, engineers).
  • Allocating daily tasks and responsibilities to crew members.
  • Monitoring crew attendance and performance.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • Interpreting blueprints and project plans.
  • Ensuring structural integrity of masonry work.
  • Laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry units.

    • o    Applying mortar using various tools.

  • Resource Management :
  • Managing equipment and materials needed for projects.
  • Safety and Compliance :
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all crew members.
  • Enforcing safety regulations and protocols.

    • o    Ensuring adherence to relevant building codes and standards.

  • Communication and Reporting :
  • Communicating effectively with crew members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparing timesheets, production reports, and extra work orders.
  • Acting as a point of contact for  on-site  inquiries and concerns.
  • Problem Solving :
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
  • Troubleshooting problems with materials, equipment, or workmanship.
  • Other Responsibilities :
  • Evaluating employee performance and recommending disciplinary actions if needed.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
