Warehouse Operator

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring Cambria's promise of quality and efficiency. This position is responsible for staging and preparing slabs for shipping, loading and unloading trucks, and organizing inventory and maintaining the sales distribution center in a clean and organized manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate forklifts & overhead cranes with precision and safety
• Build and verify customer orders, ensuring all slabs are correctly identified and loaded into delivery trucks
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, keeping inventory levels accurate and readily accessible
• Conduct daily safety inspections on equipment and report any potential issues
• Load and unload inbound / outbound trailers with products of varying size and weight
• Inspect slabs for any material defects
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills :

Minimum Requirements :

Education : High School Diploma or GED

Experience : Twelve Months experience or training as a warehouse operator

Systems : Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Oracle (preferred)

Physical Requirements :

Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and / or training.
