A-Level Diagnostic Automotive Technician

Highlights :

$36–$45 / hr, hourly (no flat rate)

PTO : 40 hours after 90 days, +40 hours each year after

About the Role :

A growing independent shop is looking for an experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician to handle complex repairs and electrical / computer diagnostics. This is an hourly position with consistent work, strong leadership, and a supportive environment that values accuracy and teamwork over speed.

What You'll Bring :

5+ years of experience as an automotive technician

Strong diagnostic and electrical skills

ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Attention to detail, documentation, and communication

Team-oriented, problem-solving mindset

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

45 billable hours per week expected

Compensation & Benefits :

$36–$45 per hour (higher for the right candidate)
