About the Role

We're seeking a driven, hands-on Flooring Technician to join our team. What You'll Do

  • Clean, repair, and restore a variety of flooring and fabric types (carpet, tile, wood, vinyl, upholstery, etc.)
  • Use state-of-the-art equipment and tools to deliver high-quality service
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and offer solutions to clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, honesty, and transparency
  • Keep accurate records of jobs, materials, and customer interactions
  • Support the development of our reputation and brand through quality work and positive client experiences

  • Strong handyman / tool aptitude
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual labor daily

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (Trade school or certifications are a plus)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety protocols
  • Experience in flooring or cleaning industry is preferred but not required-we can train the right person

    • Bonus Points If You :

  • Have already cleaned or restored different flooring types
  • Have niche skills or are interested in developing one (e.g., hardwood refinishing, upholstery, luxury surfaces)
  • Want to grow into a leadership role in the future
