Retail Store Manager - Concord Mills

Reporting to the District Manager, Store Managers are consumer centric, open minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Grow sales by developing strategies to hit targets and maximize profits.
• Build a strong team by recruiting, training, empowering, developing, and motivating employees.
• Maintain operational excellence, including inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience with a strong customer focus.

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $58,600.00 – $97,600.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
