As a Security Officer - Residential Site - Full Time in Costa Mesa, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will have the opportunity to help create a secure and welcoming environment within a residential community. Your role will involve conducting regular patrols throughout the location, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and interacting with residents and visitors to provide outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for monitoring access points, responding to alarm panels, and utilizing technology such as computers or tablets to document your activities. By delivering exceptional communication and support, you will contribute to a positive living experience for everyone on the premises. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
