Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
Engage with candidates to inform them of employment opportunities and keep them warm for upcoming roles
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of talent acquisition experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong understanding of talent markets and ability to develop hiring strategies under tight deadlines
Experience managing high volume recruitment or a full requisition load consistently
