Machine Operator – 3rd Shift | Germantown, WI

Shift : 11 : 00pm – 7 : 00am

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our 3rd shift production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for running production parts while meeting customer quality standards and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret production shop orders and visual work instructions.

Safely and accurately use hand tools such as routers, drills, cutting tools, and finishing tools.

Operate thermoforming equipment, loading and unloading machines.

Safely operate band saws for pre-trimming or scrap cutting.

Use basic measuring tools including tape measures, rulers, scales, and heat guns.

Accurately record production data, QC reports, and Day By the Hour reports.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Safely operate CNC and robotic trimming equipment.

Participate in and support 5S procedures and practices.

Qualifications

Prior experience working with large machinery preferred.

Basic computer knowledge required.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
