Job Description
Picture Your Day
You start your shift reviewing customer drawings and CAD models, translating them into efficient toolpaths using Mastercam or Hypermill. You build new 3D models or 2D drawings when needed, develop clear setup sheets, choose the right cutting tools and offsets, and refine strategies for maximum yield and cost efficiency. You guide the setup of CNC Mills and CNC Lathes, jump in to troubleshoot programming issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
