DS Tech Engineering is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily executive functions, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and serving as a trusted point of contact between executives, staff, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain executives calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other business documents.
- Act as a primary liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and other professional materials.
- Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of executives when required.
- Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and support executives in decision-making processes.
- Conduct research and compile information to support business objectives.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, expense reporting, and office coordination.
