Transfer Station Attendant

Redwood Waste Solutions, Inc., a Waste Connections company, has an immediate opening for a Transfer Station Attendant out of their Transfer Station in Albion, CA!

Schedule is Saturday - Wednesday 8AM-4 : 30PM. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour. Pay range for this job category is $21-$22 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities Include :

• Greeting customers as they enter the transfer station, directing them where to go
• Cash handling
• Assessing loads / material for payment at the scale house
• Ensuring all material entering the transfer station is appropriate.
• Traffic directing to ensure customers park in the correct area at the transfer station
• Cleaning equipment - sweeping / power washing
• General site cleanup as needed
• Friendly customer service
