Facility :

This healthcare facility is a major regional medical center serving a four-state region. It features an active Clinical and Anatomic Pathology lab with state-of-the-art technology and systems including Epic & Epic Beaker. The facility is part of an expanding referral practice with a supportive, collegial work environment.

Opportunity : Board Certified / Board Eligible - Pathologist

This position offers the chance to join a team of 13 Pathologists in a growing practice that serves a regional population of 460,000. The ideal candidate will have a broad interest in Surgical Pathology with fellowship and board certification in Hematopathology.

Job Details :

• Position designed for a vibrant, hardworking team player
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience required
• Must be certified in anatomic & clinical pathology
• Sub-specialty certification in Hematopathology required
• Practice covers a four-state region (MN, WI, Upper-MI, ND)
• Work with a collegial group that includes dedicated, supportive staff
• Utilize advanced systems like Epic & Epic Beaker
• Located approximately 150 miles north of Minneapolis / St. Paul
• Serve a metro population of 125,000 within a larger regional service area

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
