Harger, a leading manufacturer of lightning protection and grounding components, is seeking a Procurement Integration Resource to join our Purchasing Team. The Procurement Integration Resource plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes within our organization. This position is responsible for integrating various systems and ensuring that procurement strategies align with all objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of logistics, quality management, and the ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

Responsibilities :

• Leads the procurement activities of all projects associated with the integration of a recently acquired company, Harger
• Ensures all the Compliance & Sustainability requirements are met
• Drives standardization of the Procurement processes during a merge process
• Co-develops strategy for assigned supplier portfolio in accordance with the corporate commodity strategy
• Responsible for delivering annual business results (ex. Cost savings, Supplier performance and Compliance)
• Spend analysis, market insights and total cost of ownership
• Driving reporting process to give visibility to the business unit of cost change projects
