Writer, BikeRumor (Contract)

AllGear Digital is looking for a high-energy, creative wordsmith with a passion for the outdoors to write outdoor news and reviews for BikeRumor, the world's leading source for cycling technology news and product coverage, industry insights and gear reviews across all cycling categories. This is an hourly, contract position expected to work 30-40 hours per week. Compensation is $26.45 / hour.

We will respond to high-quality candidates as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities

• Write publication-ready content as assigned, including cycling news and gear reviews.
• Create or coordinate supporting visuals (e.g., photographs, pull-out quotes) for pieces.
• Demonstrate deep cycling gear and industry subject matter expertise.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of SEO principles and practices.
