Project Manager

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with client expectations.

Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols and project specifications are met.

Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Address and resolve project challenges promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations applicable to construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• 5+ years of experience managing public, municipal, or institutional construction projects ($10-15M+).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams on-site and in the office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore for project tracking and reporting.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting budgets, schedules, and overall project goals.
