Key Responsibilities :

Assist pathologists with the preparation and examination of surgical pathology and autopsy specimens

Conduct gross examinations of surgical specimens and prepare tissue for further processing

Assist with the preparation of reports for pathologists

Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate and organized records of all procedures and specimens

Collaborate with other lab staff to support efficient and effective patient care

Qualifications :

Master s degree in Pathologists' Assistance

ASCP certification or eligibility preferred

Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology procedures, and lab safety protocols

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
