Willing to follow directions, lead others, and work as part of a team.

Must have a minimum of 12 months experience.

Follow safety protocols and procedures.

Knowledge of GPS and reading grade stakes is a plus.

Know how to read plans and understand how to place materials safely and efficiently.

Understand grades / Heatmaps.

Heavy earthmoving knowledge of pushing scrapers cuts and fills for roadway, building pads, Etc.

Able to fine grade + / - .20th

Work in various weather conditions.

The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle, including daily inspections. May be required to perform other duties as needed.

General Requirements :

• Must be able to take and follow directions from supervisor
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers & supervisors with a positive attitude
• Pass all pre-employment and random drug & alcohol testing.
