Location : Foxborough, MA

Start Date : Immediate Need

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician to support operations at a closed-door long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This is a 13+ week contract-to-permanent position with a steady workflow and the opportunity to transition into a long-term role.

Position Overview :

Youll play a key role in pharmacy operations, ensuring medications are accurately prepared and dispensed for delivery to patients in residential care facilities. This is a high-volume environment where attention to detail and efficiency are essential.

Contract Length : 13+ weeks with permanent hire potential

Facility Type : Closed-door LTC pharmacy

Software : Frameworks (training provided if needed)

Daily Volume : Approximately 600 prescriptions

Core Responsibilities :

Package medications in compliance-friendly formats (blister packs, unit-dose)

Support inventory management including ordering, receiving, and restocking

Monitor drug storage and expiration compliance

Maintain up-to-date medication and patient records

Contribute to daily workflow and meet delivery deadlines

Shift Availability :

Day and evening shifts currently open

One weekend shift per month is required

Flexibility encouraged alternative availability may be considered

Candidate Requirements :

Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license (unrestricted)

National PTCB certification

Prior experience in a pharmacy setting (LTC, retail, or hospital)

Able to perform consistently in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting

Compensation :

Hourly Pay : $21 to $23 based on experience and shift
