Sr. Project Manager Responsibilities :
Lead complex technical projects and onboarding processesDevelop and maintain process and value stream maps across cross-functional teamsDrive key projects and maintain benchmarking standardsFacilitate A3 problem-solving and align workflows with global sites (e.g., Cork, Ireland)Serve as Quality point-of-contact, managing prioritization and resolution of issuesAct as liaison for Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiativesOversee Daily Management System (DMS) coordination, integration, and conduct process maturity assessmentsSupport communication and reporting to leadership on project status and strategyProvide oversight and guidance to project administration and documentation support personnelMaintain accurate records and documentation using systems such as Veeva and SAPRequirements :
Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree. Preferred Education : BS in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent oral and written communication, with the ability to engage effectively across all levelsProficient in project coordination, documentation, and digital systemsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple independent and complex projectsAdaptable to shifting priorities and dynamic environmentsComfortable using data tracking tools and systemsOnsite requirement in Indianapolis, INPreferred Qualifications :
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project environmentsExpertise in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Operational Excellence (OpEx) practicesStrategic thinking and ability to influence and align teamsExperience with AI tools, Power BI dashboards, and data analyticsFamiliarity with SAP, TrackWise, Veeva Vault, Ariba, and Microsoft TeamsExperience in GMP drug product manufacturing or regulated pharmaceutical environmentsNational (US) Range
