California Licensed Specialty Nurse Navigator

A company is looking for a Specialty Nurse Navigator RN in Hematology / Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Navigate patients through the continuum of care, acting as a liaison between the physician, departments, and the patient

Establish specific nursing goals to guide care planning and promote self-reliance

Provide disease and treatment-specific education and assist with social services needs

Required Qualifications

BSN plus three years of recent clinical nursing experience

CA RN License

BLS certification if working in a clinical setting

ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification

Preferred : MSN and OCN or ONN-CG certification
