Key Responsibilities
Provide operational project leadership and analytical support for innovative healthcare programs
Develop supporting materials and manage project execution to ensure timely implementation and quality outcomes
Analyze complex business problems and facilitate improvements in operational performance and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, Business, Finance, or related field required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting required
3 years of experience in data and analytics, including leading clinical-related quality programs required
Master's degree in healthcare or related field preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting
