Our Lenexa repair center services multiple customers and has the largest volume business in our interiors repair network. We service a multitude of aircraft interior equipment including catering items for galleys, oxygen systems, and both interior & exterior aircraft lighting. Our team is a melting pot of talent that has progressed through our organization in various roles as a testament to the type of growth we encourage in our teams. You will have an opportunity to work with various functions, and understand how they operate, and provide support for their processes.

What You Will Do :

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies, analyzing workflows, and identifying areas for improvement and automation.
  • Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create detailed reports on various aspects of operations to help business leaders make informed decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and company policies.
  • Implementing customer satisfaction strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

What You Will Learn :

  • See lean manufacturing principles in action, and strategies to address process breakdowns.
  • A broad understanding of the roles required for an operation, and how they interact with one another.
  • Continuous improvement techniques to improve operational efficiency.
  • How to monitor daily operations and identify indicators of process breakdowns.
  • How to work with a matrix team of leaders to highlight issues, and drive resolution.
  • Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract.
  • Qualifications We Prefer :

  • Pursuing a degree in business administration, operations, or related field.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, primarily proficiency in using Excel or Access.
