job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following the protocols set for the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Maintain awareness of the surroundings within a tech and media environment, addressing situations that may arise in accordance with Allied Universal protocols. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while observing and reporting any unusual activity or security-related concerns. Complete detailed reports and logs of daily activities, incidents, and / or any irregularities encountered during patrols. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Possession of a Guard Card or applicable state security license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Job Description
As a Security Officer - Tech / Media Patrol in Bellevue, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a leading tech and media environment, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, and you will be empowered to act with integrity as you contribute to a people-first culture.

What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
