Director of Anatomy Pathology Lab

Position Overview :

Tap Healthcare is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Anatomy Pathology Lab to oversee laboratory operations in Toledo, Ohio. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for directing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining quality assurance, and advancing the efficiency and accuracy of pathology services. Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science.

Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP).

Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in a laboratory setting.

Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to understand and follow directions, respond to inquiries, and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and information retrieval.

Work Schedule : Full-time
