Overview

Manufacturing Systems Engineer (H / F) - SAFRAN ELECTRICAL AND POWER USA LLC at AEROCONTACT. Safran Electrical & Power is a global leader in aerospace electrical systems. This position contributes to our SHM (Structural Health Monitoring) initiatives and supports deployment of new solutions and processes within the local organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement SHM, detect and eliminate operational risks, without impact to end customers.
• Identify TO-BE processes, determine delta with AS-IS processes, and plan mandatory upgrades in the TO-BE solution with CORE and COTS approaches.
• Provide local information required to the eWInS team.
• Define settings for the new SHM solution and perform data conversion as per the Data preparation catalog.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance Tests; train end users to new processes and solutions.
• Conduct local organization and process changes; execute actions required for deployment; support end users at go-live.
• Develop basic skills for SHM modules (Wire prep, See-EED, Data loading, SPM, Build process / Launcher, Work Instructions, Electrical Test).
• Adhere to safe work practices and contribute to the health, safety, and environmental program.
