Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Control Room Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location :  On site at our closed-door pharmacy (9006 Yellow Brick Road, Rosedale MD, 21237)

Salary :  Starting at 19 / hr (based on experience) +$0.50 shift diff

Available Schedule : 2nd shift : Monday - Friday 12 : 00pm – 8 : 30pm, rotating weekends

Reporting to : Pharmacist Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

As a Control Room Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations.

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Control Room Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for :

  • Accurately count and pack-controlled medications to be dispensed.
  • Maintain perpetual inventory accurately
  • File paperwork daily
  • Prepare packed medication to be delivered to different facilities
  • Prepack medication in anticipation of prescription
  • Must work with urgency and timeliness
  • Troubleshooting prescription / patient data entry discrepancies
  • Other assignment as needed by the pharmacy
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the MD State Board of Pharmacy required (valid and in good standing)
  • Skills & Abilities :

  • Strong computer skills
  • Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
  • Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork skills by actively contributing to group efforts, communicating openly, and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment by quickly adjusting to changing priorities, new tasks, and evolving business needs with a positive attitude
  • Consistently arrives on time, meets deadlines, and maintains dependable attendance, ensuring steady support for team and business operations
