Job Details

The Receptionist For The 5th Floor And Q5 Lounges Plays A Vital Role In Supporting The Cviciu Units (J54, J55, J56, And Q5) By Serving As The First Point Of Contact For Families And Visitors. Your Responsibilities Include Warmly Welcoming And Escorting Families To The Appropriate Units, Coordinating Visit Logistics By Communicating With Unit Staff Via Phone, And Ensuring Any Issues Or Concerns Are Promptly Relayed To The Nursing Coordinator Team. This Role Requires Strong Interpersonal Skills, Professionalism, And The Ability To Manage Sensitive Situations With Empathy And Efficiency In A High-Acuity Hospital Environment.

A Caregiver In This Full-Time Position Works Monday - Friday, From 7 : 00 A.M. To 8 : 00 P.M., With A Rotating Holiday Schedule. The Workweek Consists Of Two 12-Hour Shifts And Two 8-Hour Shifts, Providing A Blend Of Extended And Standard Workdays.

A Caregiver Who Excels In This Role Will :

• Perform Receptionist Functions For Assigned Areas And / Or Departments.
• Greet Guests And Provide Appropriate Assistance And Information.
• Receive, Screen, Route And Respond To Incoming Telephone Calls.
• Take Accurate Messages And Ensure Timely Delivery.
• Comply With Privacy And Confidentiality Policies When Communicating With Callers And Guests.
