A company is looking for a Training Manager (Short-Term).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee training programs and report on progress and areas for improvement
Manage staff involved in training development and delivery, both in-person and virtually
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to create effective training content
Required Qualifications
Residency in the State of California
Minimum of three years of experience in leading and managing computer-based training development
At least one year of experience in a train-the-trainer model
Minimum of two years of experience with learning management systems (LMS)
Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language (preferred)
