As a Security Professional - CRE Building Patrols in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations to help maintain a secure environment for all occupants. Your presence and regular patrols help to deter security-related incidents, while your commitment to outstanding customer service and communication fosters a welcoming atmosphere. Monday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Tuesday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Friday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Saturday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sunday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activities as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or potential hazards.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity within the premises, escalating concerns to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as directed.

Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and support access control procedures according to site guidelines.

Assist with crowd management and / or vehicle traffic as situations require within the commercial real estate property.

Follow all Allied Universal and client protocols while maintaining a professional presence at all times during patrols.

Participate in ongoing training and / or briefings to stay informed about site-specific procedures, emergency response plans, and updates relevant to the post.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
