As a Security Professional - Unarmed Retail Patrol in Rochester, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This is a driving position, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will represent Allied Universal’s values by acting with integrity, working as part of a team, and putting people first while supporting a secure atmosphere for everyone at the location.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
