Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Promotion & Business Planning Specialist to drive customer engagement and growth through strong relationship management, technical coordination, and proactive planning. This role is a vital bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless project execution and optimal client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Promotion & Account Management

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand needs and present tailored product solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Lead technical presentations with engineering teams and act as the main contact for new development projects.
  • Coordinate pricing strategies, negotiate price changes, and lead internal approval processes.
  • Communicate customer expectations and project requirements internally to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Project & Customer Management

  • Manage project timelines, development plans, and ensure alignment between customer needs and internal capabilities.
  • Follow up on global R&D activities and model changes through collaboration across regional sales teams.
  • Coordinate product design and production adjustments between the customer and internal departments.
  • Business Planning & Marketing

  • Acquire and maintain long-term customer forecasts and share updates with global offices and production facilities.
  • Analyze sales performance vs. forecast monthly and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop annual sales strategies, price plans, and budget forecasts based on market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales account management, business planning, or project coordination.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
