Overview : Join our dedicated team at Regency Park Nursing and Rehab Center, where compassionate care meets exceptional nursing practice. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide top-quality care to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor and assess patient health to ensure optimal care.
• Patient Assessment : Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychological evaluations.
• Monitoring and Documentation : Regularly monitor patient conditions and document changes, progress, and responses to treatments in electronic health records.
• Patient Advocacy : Serve as a patient advocate by communicating effectively with patients and their families, addressing concerns, and ensuring informed decision-making.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.
• Compliance : Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant healthcare environment.
• Emergency Response : Provide immediate care and support in emergency situations, including implementing appropriate interventions and notifying necessary personnel.
