Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom and assist with initial inquiries.
- Promote and sell small items, such as testing kits and chemical refills, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Manage incoming inventory shipments, including light lifting and organization.
- Guide visitors to the appropriate sales representatives for further assistance.
- Perform basic data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Process customer payments through the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide ad hoc support to the sales team, collaborating to meet daily goals.
- Maintain a detail-oriented appearance, adhering to the smart casual dress code.
- Work weekends as part of a five-day schedule to accommodate customer traffic.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and payment processing.
- Ability to lift and manage inventory shipments safely.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
