Oliver Inc., a leader in innovative printing and packaging solutions, is seeking a skilled JD Edwards Systems Administrator to support and maintain our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) environments across our Virginia and Cleveland locations. This is a high-impact role for a technical professional who thrives on maintaining system performance, security, and supporting business-critical operations.

Locations : Virginia & Cleveland (Onsite Role – Travel Required)

About the Role

The JD Edwards Systems Administrator will ensure system availability, implement upgrades and patches, manage security, and support integrations with other internal systems. This role requires problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex system issues and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) environments.
• Perform system upgrades, ESUs, tools releases, and patches.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
• Manage user access, roles, and security within JDE.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support business processes and system configuration.
• Integrate and support BI tools (Oracle BI Publisher, Tableau, Power BI) with JDE data sources.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Support disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and audit requirements.
• Provide after-hours support as needed for critical issues or maintenance.
• Coordinate with third-party IT support to escalate complex issues and manage outsourced IT services.
