Your Role as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Are you ready to step into a leadership role? As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Menorah Medical Center, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Join our amazing team that values collaboration and support!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care quality.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a teamwork environment that enhances outcomes.
  • Engage in service recovery and uphold a patient-first philosophy.
  • Support staff scheduling and manage labor in line with patient care needs.
  • Oversee inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.

    • What You’ll Need :

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • A diploma in nursing.
