Our growing law firm in Fredericksburg, VA is looking for an Associate Attorney (03 years of experience) to join our team. This flex-hours position comes with the potential for full-time employment and offers the chance to develop hands-on experience across multiple areas of practice.

What You'll Do

Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with precision and professionalism

Conduct legal research and support ongoing matters for the Managing Attorney

Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Participate in court appearances and case preparation

Collaborate with other team members on daily administrative and case management tasks

Who You Are

A current law student or recent graduate with strong research and drafting skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

An excellent communicator your writing and grammar are your strengths

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a small-firm environment

Experienced with Microsoft Office and LexisNexis (MyCase and WealthCounsel a plus)

Exposure to or interest in civil litigation, real estate, contracts, or personal injury is preferred
