Systems Administrator

Location : Minnetonka, MN - This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-office presence. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
What You'll Do
As a Systems Administrator at Old Republic Title, you'll be a vital part of our IT team, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our technology infrastructure. You'll :
- Provision, monitor, test, and decommission services.
- Lead and participate in small project initiatives, applying best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical challenges.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement IT projects across infrastructure and systems.
- Manage and administer VMWare, Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS / DHCP, and more.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and scripting languages.
- Maintain security and address vulnerabilities proactively.
- Document processes, report progress, and collaborate with leadership.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.25 years of experience in systems administration or a related role.Technical Skills :
