Scope Of Position
This highly motivated individual, as part of the Watts Applied Solutions Sales Team, will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and execution for Nexa, driving aggressive SaaS revenue growth across North America. This is a quota-carrying leadership role with responsibility for meeting and exceeding ARR targets, building a high-performing sales team, recruiting and managing multiple sales channels, and scaling Nexa into a $50M+ SaaS portfolio. This role is ideal for a proven SaaS sales leader who has successfully grown a portfolio from the ground up and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position is responsible for supervision of remote based Sales Professionals. This position reports to Vice President, Watts Applied Solutions Sales. This role is remote and is based in the United States.

Working Conditions : While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Fort Worth location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Pay Range : If applicable, use the Watts standard language : The expected salary range for this position is $140,000- $167,000 yearly with commission potential. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
