KIPP New Jersey is looking for a motivated teacher with a track record of molding future leaders in our communities. We are looking for teachers in the following subject areas :

• English Language Arts (ELA)
• History
• Science : Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
• College and Career Readiness
• Enrichment : Physical Education, Music, Art, Theatre, etc.
• Special Education

In order to be eligible for hire, all general education teaching candidates must meet the following criteria (details below) :

GPA Requirement

Have a bachelor's or master's GPA on a conferred degree that is = 3.0 –or–

Have a bachelor's or master's GPA on a conferred degree that is = 2.75

Additional Information

KIPP NJ offers competitive salaries to newly hired lead teachers. Salaries are based on prior experience and in accordance with certification requirements. KIPP NJ offers a competitive salary range of $63,000-$101,000+ for teacher positions with additional opportunities for earning up to $5,500 annually in performance-based pay.
