Overview
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. The Senior LinkedIn Strategist works directly with mid-market and enterprise clients, communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. This is an on-the-ground opportunity in a fast-growing specialty agency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within Directive
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Responsible for personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and network
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
4+ years of experience at a performance / digital marketing agency with hands-on B2B supportDeep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and moreAbility to delegate to junior team members for joint successStrong understanding of Paid principles (keywords, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)Ability to analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics / GA4, Excel, etc. for data-driven decisionsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate strategy into data-driven storytellingCompetitive and curious problem-solver mindsetAwareness of industry trends and opportunities for growthAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesQuality-focused and maintain integrity in advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as neededWhat Success Looks Like
