This busy hotel and her sister property require a creative thinker who can introduce new ideas to increase revenue and establish customer relationships that lead to repeat business.

You will lead a dynamic team responsible for two distinctly unique properties. Whether it's giving a tour of one of our ten theme rooms at The Cove, working with group bookings, or overseeing housekeeping at The Beverly Hotel, you will be engaged and energized, delivering 5-star guest service while helping your team grow towards their individual goals.

Compensation :

$80,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Generate a budget that ensures guest satisfaction and quality of services while also keeping costs balanced and profit margins maximized
  • Empower hotel staff to excel in superior guest service to drive financial success through strong leadership and creative operational strategies
  • Devise the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's rooms, public areas, and grounds in order to cultivate a reputation for quality
  • Spearhead and develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings
  • Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them

Qualifications :

  • Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED; we prefer a degree in hospitality or related field of study
  • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
  • You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role
