What You’ll Do

• Connect with Prospects : Answer inquiries, assess housing needs, and present our beautiful apartment homes and amenities.
• Close the Deal : Guide prospects through the leasing process, follow up, and help them make Liv Communities their new home.
• Showcase the Community : Ensure common areas and model homes are always ready to impress.
• Drive Renewals : Develop and implement renewal programs, negotiate lease terms, and keep residents happy.
• Boost Marketing : Build relationships with local businesses, plan open houses, and brainstorm creative advertising ideas.
• Deliver Hospitality : Prepare welcome packets, gifts, and refreshments for visitors and new residents.
• Support the Team : Assist with administrative tasks, resident service requests, and community events.
• Champion Communication : Maintain friendly rapport with residents, team members, and contractors.
