What You’ll Do
- Connect with Prospects : Answer inquiries, assess housing needs, and present our beautiful apartment homes and amenities.
- Close the Deal : Guide prospects through the leasing process, follow up, and help them make Liv Communities their new home.
- Showcase the Community : Ensure common areas and model homes are always ready to impress.
- Drive Renewals : Develop and implement renewal programs, negotiate lease terms, and keep residents happy.
- Boost Marketing : Build relationships with local businesses, plan open houses, and brainstorm creative advertising ideas.
- Deliver Hospitality : Prepare welcome packets, gifts, and refreshments for visitors and new residents.
- Support the Team : Assist with administrative tasks, resident service requests, and community events.
- Champion Communication : Maintain friendly rapport with residents, team members, and contractors.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED.At least six months of customer service experience.Willingness to complete a fair housing seminar within one year.Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and afterhours events.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and complete daily tours of the community.What’s in It for You?
