Suwannee County Board of County Commissioners is currently seeking applicants for

AIDE II

This is a full-time position in the Youth Services Department at the Live Oak Public Library Branch of the Suwannee River Regional Library system. Minimum qualifications include experience with the Internet and computer software. Library experience is desired. The ability to interact with children of all ages, with a focus on teen services, experience with audio-visual equipment, storytelling, puppet plays, or craft activities is highly desired.

Requires graduation from a standard high school or its equivalent, supplemented by some training beyond high school in library science or related fields, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive library vehicles to outreach locations. Salary is based on qualifications and experience and includes a generous benefits package.
